Description: Low Mass started as a blend of multiple barrel aged and barrel fermented mixed culture Saisons. The blend was then transferred into former Sauvignon Blanc barrels, where it continued to age for 6 months on Riesling grapes grown by our friends Gilbert Vineyards in the Yakima Valley. It was then lightly dry-hopped with a beautiful lot of Nelson Sauvin. Refermented with Brettanomyces.
