Description: Wolf Brewery was founded in September 1995 on the old Gaymers Cider site in Attleborough, Norfolk, The brewery was founded on the principle of producing high quality real ales made with the finest local ingredients and this ethos continues to this day. The business grew steadily and, in 2005, the brewery was sold to WBC (Norfolk) Ltd. The business outgrew the existing premises and in 2006, a major investment was made in new brew plant and a move to Rookery Farm, a couple of miles away in the village of Besthorpe. After further growth we then moved again, in the autumn of 2013, to our own bespoke premises in the Heart of Norfolk at Decoy Farm, Besthorpe. The water used throughout the brewery is drawn from an on-site chalk based well. The malted barley all comes from Norfolk and once we have extracted the goodness from the malted cereal, cattle on a neighboring farm benefit from the remaining grains.
