Description: Sorachi Ace is the hop. Dill is one of its predominant characters and consequently, I found this hop difficult, for want of a better word. The resultant beer is very delicious. It was going to be all Sorachi, but I chickened out during dry hopping. It is augmented by a bit of Mosaic.
