Description: An ode to the big, assertive yet balanced West Coast-style Double IPAs made popular in years' past. Heaps of Pilsner base malt, with a touch of Victory malt, C-30 and dextrin malt for a firm malt complexity and balance. Brewed and heavily dry-hopped with plenty of Citra, Centennial, Simcoe Cryo and Columbus Cryo, while also introducing some Sultana Salvo in the whirlpool to riff the classic West Coast style and grace.
