Originally intended to be our very first His Majesty in 2009, a short supply of English hops put the kibosh on that idea. Now we’ve dusted off the recipe... Pale English malts, East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops, and a characterful ale yeast all play a strong role in this beer but it is the mineral content of the brewing water that sets it in a category of its own.
