Description: Our take on the traditional centuries old Slavic & Baltic beverage. Brewed with fresh baked light & dark rye bread, rye malt, pale 2 row barley, raisins and boiled with Lubelski hops. With bright & light notes of characteristic Kvass sourness this ale was fermented in stainless with an uncommon European yeast strain & our house lactobacillus, wild yeast and brettanomyces. This release is #1 in a new series of "Regional Fermented Beverages". Small batch beers exploring the fermented beverages and historical ingredients from different regions of the world.
