Description: We took the base of Oswald and jacked it up to create a 10.8% Double Dry Hopped Hazy. While still focusing on the same hops we turned to Mosaic Icognito in the Whirlpool and Citra Spectrum in the Fermenter for our Biotransformation and Dry Hop additions. The end result is an extremely soft and fruity Hazy with just enough sweetness and a beautiful back end bite that is dangerous as it does not drink at all like it’s 10.8%
