Riipin’ Courduroys V. 1 | Westbound & Down
ABV: 5.2%
Style: Pale Ale - American
Actively Produced
Description: We set out two make a great pale ale two ways with our good buddy Ian from Riip Brewing in Hungtingon Beach, by splitting the batch into two fermenters and fermenting on two different yeast strains. Both have great easy drinking malt character from use of all Troubadour Malt with huge use of Loral, Amarillo, and Mosaic bringing hop characters melon, honeydew, and rosewater. Version One adds drying mouthfeel and additional fruity citrus notes.
