Starting with our West Sixth Christmas Ale, we generously aged it in a Kentucky bourbon barrel, adding vanilla and oak characters to pair nicely with the holiday spice. Weighing in at around 11% ABV, this will keep you merry even on the coldest of Kentucky nights. We’ve named this beer after Nicholas County, obviously named after old Saint Nick himself. (This is the season of pretending, right?)
