Description: True to style Moray Mist is built upon a smooth malt base containing a high ratio of both malted wheat and rolled oats, alongside an abundance of lactose to create a creamy, sweet and thick body for this Imperial Milkshake IPA. Multiple hop additions both during and post fermentation of Chinook, Mosaic & Simcoe hops deliver a melody of enticing tropical fruit notes, close to a blend of mango, papaya and pineapple. Finishing with a lightly lingering, soft citrus pith bitterness with hints of sweet mandarin and grapefruit.
