Description: Straw in color with moderate carbonation, this is a quintessential summer beer. Our Jack of All Brews contest winner, Josh Welch formulated this recipe and we liked it so much, we scaled it up. It's a Kölsch style beer with bigger hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. You'll notice a lemon/citrus characteristic thanks to the Sorachi Ace hop. Coriander adds a nice floral/spice element and rounds out the beer. Super refreshing and light yet brings a ton of flavor. Get it while summer is still here!
