Description: 3rd Edition of our Raspberry Kettle Sour Berliner Weisse. This time we brewed in Sovina headquarters aiming for a 500L batch, using lactobacillus helveticus and 60Kg of fresh fruit pureé, unfermentd during the process to keep the balance between lacto acidity (pH=3.0) and fruit sugars (Final Plato=3.5). Wait for a Fresh, Fruity, Crisp and Tarty Berliner Weisse. Made in collaboration with Catraio Craft Beer Shop Friends.
