Description: Upland sours are fermented by yeast similar to that found indigenously in the Senne Valley of Belgium and aged in oak casks for over a year, which creates a tart, complex beer. We add whole fruits to create eight different styles (strawberry, cherry, blueberry, blackberry, peach, kiwi, raspberry, and persimmon) each with their own enticing aromas and flavors. The beer is bottle conditioned to add a zesty and refreshing carbonation.
