Description: Behold Bock 1000! For our 1000th brew we decided to brew a doppelbock. This rich delicious lager is a deep ruby color with a creamy head. Doppelbock were brewed by monks in the days of yore to sustain them during lent, acting as a liquid bread for them while they fasted. We think those monks would want to celebrate our 1000th brew by kicking back with a Bock 1000.
