Description: Inspired largely by what Dandy has been doing with some of their Non Enzymatic Mash (NEM) Pale Ales and Lagers. Cuppa is brewed with lactose and wildflower honey, mashed and sparged this beer cold (as opposed to hit in traditionally brewed beers), extracting an entirely different flavour and protein profile than any stout we brewed before.
