Description: This non-traditional Belgian Specialty Ale was developed as a high gravity beer as part of our ‘Waiting On Wood Series.’ Tart & sweet with distinct cherry notes, this ale is made with 2-Row, Caramunich, Carahell, Carafoam and Carmel malts and hopped with Hallertau and Northen Brewer hops. It was then blended with 100% Montmorency Cherry puree and fermented. The result? Something very special! We hope you enjoy!
