Description: If that toast is anything to go by, you know that you can’t have an Irish brewer without him insisting on a couple of Irish beers on tap. (All for him to drink, of course!) This one is a dark beer, in which the malt and hop characters are beautifully balanced, giving you a little taste of caramel sweetness, offset perfectly by the bitterness derived by combining a variety of Noble hops from two different countries. A complex and delicious beer, we had to force our brewer to share this one with the public.
