Description: Close Your Eyes is our brand new stout blonde. This beer features a grain bill with pilsner, wheat, flaked barley and corn. After primary fermentation we added whole Mexican ancho chilis, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, coffee, and cacao nibs. It features all the wonderful aromas from darker beers, but in a pale form. Close your eyes and enjoy this beer!
