Description: Technically an Irish Red Ale. In America Red Ales and Amber Ales overlap. Most “American Ambers” have a distinct hop aroma. Chunky Gal focuses on the malt profile. A beautiful coppery/amber color. A nice balance between malt and hops but leaning towards the malt. Lots of Crystal malts give notes of caramel. This is an easy drinking beer with initial malt/sweetness and a roasted dryness in the finish.
