Description: Creating a base IPA for a world class coffee takes balance and subtlety. In an effort to allow the Kenyan Gaturiri coffee to shine, complementary hop additions of German Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic, and Austrailian Topaz create a tropical, vinious character. The coffee’s inherent characteristics are subtle when consumed cold, and become much more pronounced as the beer reaches 50 degrees and above.
