Description: Our Lake Superior water is very similar to that of Pilsen in the Czech Republic, home of this classic beer style. Guest brewer, Dan Slick helped craft this crisp and clean Lager. We pulled off 5 gallons of this beer and put it on blueberries from Bayfield for a couple of months. It picked up a beautiful purple color!
