Description: This beer was brewed at our Elmwood pub back in the late summer of 2019. Most of that batch was kegged up fresh & sent to the UK but we filled a few Basil Hayden barrels & hid them away to see what time would do. Twenty two months later we're pleased to introduce Soft Black Stars. Tons of cocoa & oak up front with a rich, almost fruity dark malt character greets you up front. Flavors of sweet caramel, toasted nuts, vanilla and dark chocolate mix with the silky mouthfeel.
