Description: an IPA with a small amount of rice in the grain bill which creates a slight drying finish. We also add a small amount of hibiscus powder to soften the mouthfeel and add a bit of an earthy character. Hopped intensely with all Southern Hemisphere hops:Moteuka, Enigma, Nelson, and a touch of Wakatu. Earthy, dank, fresh lime peel, citrus pith, floral. This is a crisp one if I ever heard of it!
