Description: We decided to make a beer in JC from Trillium's honor and tried to nail a beer that he would be proud of and want to drink himself. We started with an 8.5% DIPA brewed with some of his favorite grains/malts. Then we hopped it intensely with some of his favorite recent hops:Galaxy, El Dorado, and Enigma. Then we of course hit with the classic Trillium double dry-hopped treatment. We're super pumped on how it turned out and we hope we did JC proud with this one.
