Description: In Sink is our second collabo brewtus with our west coast family Monkish Brewing Co.. In Sink is a 9% Quadruple dry-hopped DIPA. This one is down right messed up. This is hands down the most hops we have ever put in beer. Galaxy, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic are just bursting out of this beer. Like opening a fresh hop bag. Straight up insanity.
