Description: Meet our Jekyll and Hyde Collaboration IPA. This special brew is the result of a collaboration between ourselves and the great VB Brewery in Victor, making it a brew like no other. Our American IPA is based with the ultimate blend of NYS Pale, Munich and Caramel Malts; then bittered to perfection with a healthy does of Nugget, Centennial and Cascade Hops. Finally we turn up the heat with an exacting addition of Oven Roasted Jalapeños. The result is truly original as Jekyll & Hyde’s split personality yields the fruity bitterness of an IPA followed by the smooth bite of spicy jalapeño. This odd pairing produces the perfect collaboration of flavors and a surprising result.
