Description: [note: not the same beer as Civil Life UKIPA] Does any beer have a more storied history than IPA? Certainly these days the IPA is the poster child of craft brew and we¹re happy to have one our our tap list. Orange amber , dual sweetness and bitterness, caramel candies, warm honey, tallgrass, wildflowers, citrus. What we ended up with was an IPA that has nice malt texture and a palpable lingering bitterness from the hops. A balanced IPA? What will we think of next?
