Blending our Pinot Pop collaboration with Homage Brewing and our Apple Pop collaboration with Cellador Ales with a traditionally Terreux blending treatment, we co-created this uniquely sparkling ale. Pinot Apple Pop delivers slight earthy tones from Pinot Noir grapes balanced with fruit essence of apples, finishing with honey sweetness. Barrel fermentation-developed slight spice and funky characters round out this bright and lively saison. Pop the top and enjoy!
