Description: Collaborative beer brewed with Jeremy Wirtes at Triple Crossing Brewing Co. Take It Down is a "true" collaboration. First we combined efforts on the hops, using El Dorado & Citra. We composed an entirely different hopping regiment for this beer, unlike either of us have done. We also blended each of our house yeast strains to ferment this beer. Fruity, juicy, dry, refreshing...Take It Down. Enjoy!!
