Description: As if the blend of vanilla beans, cocoa, cinnamon, chipotle and mulato chilies wasn’t special enough, we’ve given our boozy, spicy imperial stout the rum barrel treatment. After 9 months in 15 year-old Panamanian and Nicaraguan rum casks; the dop has emerged with a new level of richness and complexity. Expect the barrel flavours of raisin, sweet grapes, oak and molasses to slowly reveal themselves on this powerhouse of an imperial stout.
