Description: Named in honor of the goddess of the orchard, Pomona - this one-of-a-kind sipper is a Pommeau. Pommeau is made by blending apple brandy and sweet cider and aging the mixture in oak barrels. Our brandy is distilled from a special blend of hard cider. This batch was aged for a year in two different barrels. Sweet and delicious, Pomona is 17% alcohol and is great as an aperitif with cheeses or as a digest if served with dessert.
