Description: A Symbiosis of wine and beer This hybrid of beer and wine is a blend of natural wine made from the finest Scheurebe grapes, from Weingut Rebenhof in Germany, and mirabelle lambic. We blended the Scheurebe grapes’ with fruity, tropical and floral notes, and the sour and vibrant character of the mirabelles, with the complex, tart and funky profile of the lambics into a harmony of flavors.
