Description: Using a select yeast strain that produces complex fruity and spicy flavours that are balanced with prominent hop bitterness and a soft malt character. Belgian Farmhouse Ale brewed with German Pilsner and Wheat malts, finished with Styrian and First Gold hops. Lots of bright orange and lemon zest with some herbal qualities. A special yeast strain adds apricot notes as well as a hint of clove. Finishes dry, with a hint of sweetness at the end.
