A newish yeast strain; Barbarian is a beast whom likes to slay any protein laden intruders that dare cross while imparting delicious flavors of watermelon & Canteloupe in it's path of destruction.Large charges of Mosaic and Equanot hops in the late kettle and dry hop bring papaya, blueberry & pine aromas to the forefront.
