Description: Let It Burn! is aged on ancho chilies and chipotle chilies, cinnamon and vanilla bean making this stout a spicy yet well-rounded treat. This Imperial Stout was created in our Lancaster, PA brewery, with our propietary yeast and re-fermented in bourbon barrels for 10 months. Let It Burn! is suitable for aging up to 5 years when cellared properly. Best stored and cellared around 55F (13C) in a dark place. Ideal serving temperature is 50F (10C). Please pour carefully, leaving the yeast sediment behind in the bottle. Best served in a tulip glass.
