Description: Created in the style of the light-colored lagers of the German city Dortmund, this beer is golden, light and refreshing. Though this beer is light in color and thirst quenching, it is still full in flavor. The main malt used to create this beer is imported Czech pilsner malt. In addition, Vienna and Carapils malts are used. To compliment these malts a nice bittering is achieved with Vanguard and Liberty. Rolling Thunder Dortmunder is the brainchild of head brewer Cory Buenning.
