Description: Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel-fermented and -aged Saisons. This tenth release contains select barrels of Oude Fermier which were fermented in French Oak Chardonnay Barrels and then selected for exhibiting a bright, citrus acidity before blending and conditioning for an extended period of time.
