Description: A Belgian tripel with a bright copper glow and an estery aroma of subtle green apple with hints of spice. Sweet flavors permeate throughout the beer wrapped in a complex spiciness that increases in intensity towards the finish. Malt flavors take a back seat to the sweet sugary additions of Belgian candy sugar which lend flavors of pear and apple. Hops are essentially replaced by spicy yeast qualities that provide an offset to the sweeter flavors found up front.
