Description: Death By Hibiscus, is a saison with insane amounts of hibiscus and spiked with mandarin zest. To put it into perspective, we use 2 grams of hibiscus flowers per litre of beer in Red Sky to give it a bit of colour and a slight tartness at the end of the palate. Death by Hibiscus has a crazy 20 grams per litre, that's a whole kilo of hibiscus flowers per keg! The beer is a vibrant, blood red (hence the name of the beer) with a pink head. You have to see it to believe it.
