Description: Thanks for your trust and patience as we got the Sapwood Cellar's barrel program off the ground! Joining the club gave us some much needed financial breathing room to fill our barrels before the tasting room even opened. For this exclusive bottling, we blended 80 gallons of pale Saison from our favorite Sauvignon Blanc barrels then dry-hopped it with 11 lbs of Nelson Sauvin. The combination is bright and tropical, with the hops melding with the wine-barrel aromatics. A restrained Brett earthiness follows rounds out the flavor.
