Description: With this beer we aimed for high hop intensity and good mouthfeel, but still fresh and not too sweet. The malt bill is light, consisting of golden promise malt and Bonsak hopshiner, together with some oats and Bonsak munich for a touch of color. The hop profile is mainly dominated by citrus from both HBC 586 and Citra hops. We recommend inverting the cans of our ipas a few times before opening to resuspend hops and proteins.
