Description: Planet Funkotron begins with a grain bill reminiscent of Belgian Wit Beer. It is brewed with 40% wheat and has additions of Orange Peel, Coriander, and Grains of Paradise. However, the addition of Brettanomyces gives the beer complex notes of pear and tropical fruit with a slight tartness. As the beer ages the Brett will continue to mature the beer to develop even more fruity flavors as well as a spicy, earthy, funkiness.
