Description: A traditional Belgian-style strong ale. Historically brewed by monks in Belgium with both wild yeasts and bacteria, our Abbey Ale has sime help from Escaroment Lab's Brettanomyces. It is very dark, very dry, with a woody character and a noticeable funkiness from the Brett. Relatively light drinking for the alcohol content.
