Description: Hipster Frogger is a Belgian style Dubbel, aged it in second use Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels that have been dosed with 1800 Tequilla Soaked Oak chips. The barrels were inoculated with Brett Brux Trios and then refed it with raw Amber Agave syrup. It is malty with a nice tart finish. The barrel character comes through without being boozy. The tequila soaked oak chips compliment the Belgian yeast with a nice smoky character.
