Description: To celebrating the hop harvest in Tasmania, Rocks Brewing Co secured 50kg for fresh hop flowers direct from Owen Johnson at Hop Products Australia. The original idea was for a Indian Red Ale-style creation, however the result is a rich, dark, American-style Brown Ale. The beer showcases the rich textures of dark chocolate malt, balanced with Crystal malt and the fresh Stella and Galaxy hop flowers. The brew is clean on the nose – with all the hop flavour held on the palate.
