Description: Our first beer which was supposed to be an American Pale Ale but ended up much higher in gravity and unintentionally became an IPA/American Strong Ale. Malt dominates the flavor with alcohol supporting the profile. Easy drinking for a high gravity ale with just enough hops to balance the beer. American hops provide a citrus profile and aroma with just a hint of earthy pine notes.
