Description: The third batch of beer from this series is a Belgian wheat ale with spices developed by Rising Tide Brewer, Adrian Beck-Oliver. This beer was designed to be approachable to non-craft beer drinkers but offer a bit of complexity for the beer geeks. It has a hazy golden straw color and pours with a significant head. There is an ample amount of malted wheat and flaked oats used in the grain bill. The mild, yet complex aroma exhibits a slight spiciness thanks to fermentation by Belgian Wit yeast strain. There is a bright citrus character from sweet orange, lemon peel, and coriander added during the whirlpool. There is a pleasant floral and spicy character as well from the addition of Magnum, Aramis, and Mandriana hops.
