Description: Every once in a while we sample a barrel that just makes our day. This was one such barrel. Aged in a blend of Weller, Blantons, and Stagg Jr. bourbon barrels, then rebarreled in Buffalo Trace with additional single-origin Troncais Forte French oak, this singular example of Double Barrel V.S.O.D. has a bouquet more like a heavily-oaked French red than Bourbon Barrel Stout.
