Description: 2017 Same grain bill, different yeast. Using WLP 500 (Monastery Ale) - Less fruity bubblegum and more balanced spice. Noble Saaz hops have been removed and replaced with German Hallertau Blanc, with a heavy hand of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. 2016 Version A Belgian inspired pale ale. Hopped using Noble Saaz and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. Brewed with a classic belgian yeast (WLP550 Belgian Ale), and belgian candi syrup, giving it the phenolic aromas and a slight burnt sugar flavor.
