Description: Platform 17: Oddjob was created by Platform 17 Homebrew Competition winner Dennis Kwasnycia. This full bodied beer pours very dark leaving a nice espresso coloured head. Aromas include ripe fruits, molasses and dark rum. Tastes of raw cocoa and roasted malts are at the forefront with a subtle chocolate orange on the backend. This beer pairs well with smoked brisket, smoked cheese, apples slices and chocolate cheesecake.
